Pilates Matwork Open Level OFF PEAK CLASS

This pilates class is open to all level of fitness. The class will introduce the basics of Pilates and progress gradually to more challenging exercises. Flow and breath are key elements of this class which also focus on alignment of joints to improve strength, flexibility and restore good posture.
Small equipment such as over ball, elastic band may be incorporated to add variety and intensity. As the class progresses through time it will gradually reach a more advanced level incorporating more challenging exercises.
