With its roots in Ashtanga yoga, it is dynamic and playful practice. Its qualities and benefits include building internal heat, increased stamina, strength, and flexibility, as well as stress reduction. There will be a deep connection with the breath: it will be a point of focus, a metronome for the practice, a stimulus to move. We will move around the mat, play with arm balances/inversions with variations for all levels. Most importantly you will be encouraged to try new things and deepen your practice in a safe environment. BOOK A CLASS NOW link

With a practice background in Ashtanga yoga, training in Vinyasa Flow, and an aversion to taking life too seriously, Kate shares playful, dynamic, breath-led sequencing with a focus on mindful alignment. She aims to enable students to find a personal practice in each class, so that they may cultivate their own yoga and experience the many ways in which the practice expands all areas of our human life.
