Seke Chimutengwende, Jane Leaney, Rick Nodine, Gabriele Reuter, Gareth Green*, Bryony Perkins and Jamie McCarthy improvise text, sound and movement in performance.
They mix contemporary dance, contact improvisation, storytelling, folk songs, soundscapes and the occasional audience experiment. It's improvisation, so who knows what will happen, but in amongst the not-so-Virgin births and Pagan Rituals, Neat Timothy will keep the Yule Log burning.

With its roots in Ashtanga yoga, it is dynamic and playful practice. Its qualities and benefits include building internal heat, increased stamina, strength, and flexibility, as well as stress reduction. There will be a deep connection with the breath: it will be a point of focus, a metronome for the practice, a stimulus to move. We will move around the mat, play with arm balances/inversions with variations for all levels. Most importantly you will be encouraged to try new things and deepen your practice in a safe environment. BOOK A CLASS NOW link

This class is an active yoga practice for mums-to-be throughout their second and third trimesters. The poses are safely adapted to encourage strength, flexibility, balance and ease. The class is a steady pace with plenty of options for all levels of experience and also includes breathing techniques and deep relaxation, both of which are so vital to support and nourish the mother and growing baby. Amanda will also weave in techniques to prepare both the body and mind for birth.
