Ashtanga Yoga is a set series of postures linked together with a specific breathing technique to progressively purify and tone the body and quiet the mind.

TripCI is a London based contact improvisation collective of 10 experienced CI practitioners, dance artists and teachers from various backgrounds and influences such as BMC, physical theatre, choreography, Feldenkrais, contemporary dance, yoga, massage to name a few.

This class is peppered with fun dynamic sequences, pernickety anatomical detail and a dash of philosophy. This class is an active yoga practice for mums-to-be throughout their second and third trimesters. The poses are safely adapted to encourage strength, flexibility, balance and ease. The class is a steady pace with plenty of options for all levels of experience and also includes breathing techniques and deep relaxation, both of which are so vital to support and nourish the mother and growing baby. Amanda will also weave in techniques to prepare both the body and mind for birth.
