Three 2 hour seasonal encounters to integrate practices that support and align us with the flow of nature. Each encounter explores yogic practices beyond asana, such as exploring Yoga philosophy, breath work, chanting and meditation. Open to all levels except complete beginners.

With its roots in Ashtanga yoga, it is dynamic and playful practice. Its qualities and benefits include building internal heat, increased stamina, strength, and flexibility, as well as stress reduction. There will be a deep connection with the breath: it will be a point of focus, a metronome for the practice, a stimulus to move. We will move around the mat, play with arm balances/inversions with variations for all levels.
