Ann teaches Hatha Flow with a focus on moving from posture to posture with a sense of expansiveness and fluidity.
The practice nurtures balance in the body between effort and grace so that the mind might also mutually benefit.
Ann's intention is to encourage her students to honour their bodies with their awareness and in turn discover a nourishing pathway for their practice.
