30 Nov- 3rd DecThis class is supported by the TripHazard programme of residencies
Petra's morning sessions will invite you to bring your own current interests into a shared space for investigating dancing and the moving body in detailed and wider, more expansive senses.
Petra will propose activities and exercises to stimulate different modes of attention and engagement with our own and shared dancing bodies, including patterning explorations, dynamic group exercises to music, and improvisation.
Petra will question what we can permit ourselves to include in our perception of dance and performance, practice and training. Bio

Petra’s residency during TripHazard will be a time for furthering choreographic practice and articulation of her work and how it can be shared within or outside the container of a 'piece'. What exactly this might mean is to be discovered, but one ongoing interest is the relationships and connections between physicality and environments. Petra's morning sessions may at times extend into an open-doors research in the afternoon, free for anyone to join. More information to come. DUO OFFER: 1 MORNING YOGA (9:15-10:15am) + 1 PRO-DANCE TRAINING (10:30-12pm) for £12.
We want to encourage dancers to make Yoga an integral part of their training!
