Ann’s classes are a soft style of Vinyasa.
The sequencing is fluid and well thought out, designed to take you on a seamless journey.
Ann loves that yoga speaks to the whole of a person and as such tailors her classes in this way, with pranayama (breathwork), hasta mudra (hands seals) and often gems of traditional philosophy all laced in.
She enjoys offering variations and welcoming students to fit the postures to suit however there is also always an option for a challenge here and there.
