Rocket is deeply rooted in Ashtanga Yoga. It is a series of standing, balancing and inverted postures all linked by vinyasas, incorporating basic poses and some fun and challenging arm balances inversions and back bends.
Yin yoga uses stillness and long-held relaxed floor postures to stretch and stimulate the deep, connective tissues of the body.
It is a quiet, yet profound practice and derives from theories contained in Chinese medicine and Taoism. Deep and sustained stretching through joints and tissues improves the body’s circulation, respiration, detoxification and the mobility and ‘youthfulness’ of the joints.
