Shira's class offers a dynamic, strong flowing practice with creative sequences that are inspired by yoga's rich philosophy. Deep stretching for strength and flexibility will leave you energised, and hands-in-assists will help you access deeper forms of each pose.

Hands-on assists are an integral part of her classes and will help you access deeper forms of each pose. Pranayama (breath), mantra and mudra (hand gestures) are woven into the asanas (poses), so at the end, after savasana (relaxation) you will feel renewed and awakened.
