Ana's technique and knowledge of helpful tips for breaking down challenging poses is top notch!
This will be a full rounded, dynamic and playful practice.
Its dynamic flows will target, warm up and engage the appropriate parts of the body useful for each peak pose. We will practice specific exercises to build the strength and flexibility for each arm balance.
The qualities and benefits of this practice include building internal heat, increased stamina, strength, and flexibility, as well as stress reduction.
Most importantly you will have fun, have a deep connection to breath and you will be encouraged to try new things by deepening your practice in a safe environment.
You will have fun with a range of poses including crow, side crow, eight angle pose, flying splits, flying pigeon pose, firefly pose and more!
