This class is ideal for students who have been practicing regularly for a few years and are familiar with the standing and seated postures and now want to work towards integration of body and breath as opposed to just movement and shapes.
Using a wide range of props where appropriate to stabilise and support this class will give you the tools to understand how to modify and adapt postures to your own body, to develop greater body awareness and longevity in your practice and avoid common injuries and strains.
