Zoe Solomons facilitates Pro-Dance training
Understanding increments - moving in flow.
Through improvisation and set movements we explore universal motion principles. Movement phrases are constructed around anatomical integrity and the efficiency of myofascia to create spring, flow and elasticity. Cyclic dance patterns work with musical rhythm to build dynamic groove and sweat. An opportunity for sensitive, playful and wild dances.
This class may include elements of contact improvisation or bodywork.
Zoë is a dancer/mother/teacher/Osteopath. She has performed for Felix Ruckert, Tino Seghal and Simonetta Alessandri among others. Zoë qualified to teach Axis Syllabus universal motion principles in 2008 and has since taught at major dance centres and schools in the U.K. and internationally. Her eclectic training in medicine and bodywork, and a dance background including improvisation, tango, folkdance and contemporary inform her embodied approach to functional movement pedagogy.
DUO OFFER: 1 MORNING YOGA (9:30-10:30am) + 1 PRO-DANCE TRAINING (11-12:30pm) for £12.
