Vinyasa to Yin

This class is 45 minutes of Dynamic Vinyasa and 15 minutes of Yin practice The first part is dynamic and energetic and playful with a strong emphasis on alignment and breath. Yin yoga uses long-held relaxed floor postures to stretch and stimulate the deep, connective tissues of the body. Enjoy! .
