The sequence was created by Stewart Gilchrist, who includes classical Ashtanga with modern day Jivamukti practice as his main source of teaching. Like all vinyasa classes, the sequence is usually set but there are some variation from class to class and it is accessible to all: everyone is encouraged to work to the level of their ability.
The class is ideal for those looking to challenge themselves, fast paced yoga class that will get you sweating and challenge your stamina.
A big focus of the class is coordinating movement with breath, posture and spiritual aspect of yoga. Focusing on the realignment of the spine, chakras, whilst cardio vascular and respiratory systems also being stimulated. You will leave feeling rejuvenated, energised and connected to your inner self.
