With a practice background in Ashtanga yoga, training in Vinyasa Flow, and an aversion to taking life too seriously, Kate shares playful, dynamic, breath-led sequencing with a focus on mindful alignment.
She aims to enable students to find a personal practice in each class, so that they may cultivate their own yoga and experience the many ways in which the practice expands all areas of our human life.
