A synthesis of dance, life, theatre and the imagination. These sessions are distinct, freeing and incredibly dynamic, designed to appeal to dancers, physical actors and passionate movers.
Each day takes a unique journey, sweaty and thoughtful. We use tasks and exercises that develop skills so we can play between technicality and freedom, the improvised and the choreographed, the serious and the playful. I will expand on the principals I developed through my work with De la Guarda and Fuerza Bruta which involves playing with expressing different emotions through generating a spectrum of physical states, using breath, body and voice. Come play! I would be honoured for you to join me in evolving and developing new narrative forms of movement.
