Rocket is deeply rooted in Ashtanga Yoga. It is a series of standing, balancing and inverted postures all linked by vinyasas, incorporating basic poses and some fun and challenging arm balances inversions and back bends.
Yin yoga is the perfect compliment to rocket yoga.
It is a very passive approach to yoga where you perform the majority of the poses seated on the floor or laying down offering deeper access to the body targeting our connective tissues, fascia and ligaments with the aim of lubricating and protecting the joints.
This class brings different elements of yoga together, uniting the intention, the power of breath and the strong sequencing of asanas. The aim is to create a blast of energy with an injection of fun and light-hearted banter into the teachings.
