You will move through an interconnected web of movement, focusing on how the human body moves as a whole, inviting the ground, spine and breath into the experience. Practice builds from the ground up exploring somatic themes and motifs which build and repeat. You can expect to move off your mat, challenge your spatial awareness with 360 flows and work with familiarity until the body moves itself from the inside out. Breath and sound work are integrated as powerful tools that work with your nervous system.
