Emma Houston facilitates ProDance training

Emma Houston ties together her background in Contemporary Dance and Breaking this week.
The sessions will focus on fluidly connecting floorwork from both disciplines so prepare to be challenged!
Important aspects that will be covered are: strength and agility, quality of movement and musicality. What to expect to improve on: Breaking content, strength, balance.
Emma would recommend a commitment to the whole week in order to see the benefits of breaking foundation. This class is for anyone who would like to improve on breaking basics and/or has an interest in contemporary dance/floorwork.

Bio:

Emma Houston is a multi faceted dance artist. With years of experience in both the hip hop and the contemporary dance world. Emma is keen to continue finding connections through her movement practice.
Emma has been breaking since 2008 and continued her studies at Trinity Laban (class of 2011-2014). Having worked with contemporary dance companies to choreographing for brands, performing on Got To Dance, battling nationally and internationally, being in music videos and making her own theatre, Emma has experienced many aspects of the industry.
