Emma Houston ties together her background in Contemporary Dance and Breaking this week.
The sessions will focus on fluidly connecting floorwork from both disciplines so prepare to be challenged!
Important aspects that will be covered are: strength and agility, quality of movement and musicality. What to expect to improve on: Breaking content, strength, balance.
Emma would recommend a commitment to the whole week in order to see the benefits of breaking foundation. This class is for anyone who would like to improve on breaking basics and/or has an interest in contemporary dance/floorwork.
