Julian Nichols facilitates ProDance training

This class will be a technical approach to contemporary dance and will include floor work, standing, improvisation, across the space, and repertoire.
A lot of inspiration for this class comes from Ami Shulman, Adam Barruch, the Limón technique, and Gaga.
Creating a positive and supportive environment is essential while approaching the work.
General feedback and conversation will be given and encouraged throughout the class.


Julian Nichols is a native of Toronto, Ontario. He attended the School of Canadian Contemporary Dance Theater and was also a company member for two years. Soon after, Julian attended the Conservatory of Dance at Purchase College, SUNY in New York where he performed works by Alejandro Cerrudo, Tom Weinberger, Aszure Barton and more. After recieving his B.F.A, Julian became a company member with Nimbus Dance Works and a guest artist with the Limón Dance Company. He has also performed with Hanna Kiel’s Human Body Expression in Toronto. Recently moved to London, Julian has a big interest in dancing and also choreography.
