Lucija Božicevic facilitates ProDance training
Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m.  |  £6
week 1st-4th July

Lucija creates a dynamic class where we push and expand the boundaries of physical strength, stamina and creativity at once. The class is for contemporary dance artists that wish to grow in endurance, expression and focus. We will be multitasking and overlapping ideas and sensations.
After articulating and dissecting the body into micro pieces we will get to the place where we feel as one homogenous instrument of power. Warming up absolutely every cell and opening all the senses. When we dissolve our minds and bodies we gain the freedom to and reprogram the system. We build ourselves from scratch. The new constellation of thoughts and movement articulation provides us with choice in movement and an open, reenergised body. The body is ready to learn, relearn, fail and explore set of choreographed phrases that were based on these insights.
It is all about experiencing that first smell of freedom that pushes you into the world and makes you conquer, investigate and let go of your physical boundaries.
Creating the space for yourself where mountains can be moved.
