Jayne teaches fluid yoga with a strong focus on healthy alignment, breath awareness and playful exploration.
Her own practice of more than 20 years has taken in many styles from the dynamics of Ashtanga, Shadow and Acro, to the precision of Iyengar, and the experimental somatic movement of Tias Little.
She brings in elements of them all to create energising, yet thoughtful classes, encouraging individuals to develop confidence and joy in their yoga wherever they are.
Meditation is an important part of her sadhana and one she loves to share.
Jayne is continually evolving her practice and experiences, bringing her students along for the ride.
