“Shake it up”

In this class, you will never entirely stop to move. We’ll be playing with intensity, speed, coordination and creativity, in and out guided movements proposals. She is interested in where, how and why a movement becomes, using those tools to create and connect with people or emotions. This class is designed to build up stamina and increase the quality of movement, in a playful mode. Will be a mixture between intuitive actions, martial arts and different body connections with our body itself, space and people. Always with love.
