Holding The Body In Mind
SAT 16th May 2015  |  7:30 p.m.-9 p.m.
A collection of registered Dance Movement Psychotherapists come together to share their embodied experience of working within Mental Heath settings, raising awareness for Mental Health from a Dance Movement Psychotherapy perspective in collaboration with Mental Health Awareness Week 2015.

This platform aims to honour those who have stepped into the Dance Movement Psychotherapy session at various stages of their own personal process, who's footsteps have not been forgotten but continue to move us and be moved, towards a re-connection with their self and other.

Dance Movement Psychotherapy is accredited by ADMP UK and continues to move in a multitude of settings. For information please go to link

This performance platform has evolved through Kimberley Pena (MA RDMP)'s passion for the recognition of Dance Movement Psychotherapy as an intervention accessible to all, with its invaluable ability to integrate body, mind and spirit towards a healthier holistic sense of self.
