SUN 12th July 2015 |
4 p.m.-5 p.m.
While navigating on a boat along the canal, In Time invites its audience to drift from real to imaginary places.
Using her body and her presence as a canvas onto which spectators project their expectations dancer Andrea focuses our attention on how we look, imagine and re-invent while searching for what is hidden and for what we want to see.
In Time presents the body as a space in which the limits of intimate and public become blurred by what we perceive, what we imagine and ultimately desire. A body that is present yet virtual, vulnerable, uncertain and unfinished, a body that changes statuses from being physical, symbolic, political, sexual, entertaining and potentially dangerous.
