Humble Warrior NYE - Cacao, Asana, Kirtan
MON 31st December 2018  |  8 p.m.-1 a.m.
£45/£25
We are so excited to be hosting our second jubilant NYE evening, with cacao ceremonies, asana, Dj’s, chanting, meditation, dancing and cake to joyfully welcome the New Year! Humble Warrior worked so well last year, we had to do it again!
This year, a welcoming and cacao ceremony led by the fully embodied being Jo Selwood will launch The Humble Warrior NYE event.
Jo will hold the space and guide us down the path to a heart-centred intention setting for the year to come.

The ceremony is followed by group chanting, whilst we integrate the cacao and our intentions, before moving into a Bhakti (love) focused Jivamukti class led by Charlie Kelly.

The asana class will be beautifully accompanied by a live Dj (to be confirmed) providing fresh and melodic sounds with a few hidden gems in the mix, rounded off in a deep savasana and meditation leaving you feeling fully blissed out and ready for 2019.

From 10pm on we hand over to the Kirtan London team who will be blessing us with their devotional chant and danceable rhythms lead by Radhika Das and Balaram from London and Govinda, Vasudeva, Keshava of New York until the early hours of 2019

Expect singing, dancing, drums, harmoniums, bells, and cake. This will be a full power Bhakti bonanza to bring in the new year in love and devotion.

More about Charlie Kelly

Charlie teaches Jivamukti. He has been practicing movement, meditation and yoga for over a decade. He teaches ways to integrate a yoga practice in to your normal routine and how to better handle stressful and challenging situations.
Charlie's classes are flowing and pacey with a focus more on enlightenment than alignment. Music plays a key part in his life both on and off the mat, and he integrates some of the more traditional elements of yoga into his contemporary practice.
