She's had a few months of exploring and deepening her practice and is feeling inspired to get back into the studio with Y'ALL.
She's added yet more training to her tool kit including another Yoga Nidra Qualification- (iRest this time) and a Yin module. Not to mention level 2 Restorative and some brilliant daily practice with Erinn Lewis an inspiring yogini who has helped her evolve her philosophy of teaching the whole of a person! Physical, Subtle body, Mind, Heart and Joy..... Come and find out what we're talking about
Ann has been teaching Creative Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Restorative and Yoga Nidra across London for the past 9 years. Her original teacher training was 500 hours BWY with Danny DeVille.
Since then she has sought out wisdom from many wonderful teachers including Judith Hanson Lasater, Richard Miller and Wendy Haring adding extra texture and depth to this foundation. Her interest in how the body moves is largely influenced by her work in dance, whereas the breathing, asana and esoteric elements stem from her education in Yoga and its rich history of ideas and styles. Ann brings her full heart to class and hopes to teach something you can take off the mat home with you too!
Ann’s classes are a soft style of Vinyasa.
The sequencing is fluid and well thought out, designed to take you on a seamless journey.
Ann loves that yoga speaks to the whole of a person and as such tailors her classes in this way, with pranayama (breathwork), hasta mudra (hands seals) and often gems of traditional philosophy all laced in.
She enjoys offering variations and welcoming students to fit the postures to suit however there is also always an option for a challenge here and there.
Expect a warm and welcoming atmosphere.W/C 10th of October Ann will teach Mondays 6:45-7:45, Thursdays 6:45-7:45, Saturdays 10:15-11:45link
