Rachel was a dancer for most of my early twenties, then a vinyasa flow yoga teacher during her mid to late twenties and now in her thirties, she concentrating on expanding her understanding of Yoga, meditation, personal growth. Her public yoga classes are fun and uplifting with just enough challenge thrown in to keep everyone on their toes.
Rachel will be teaching Dynamic Flow & Restore
every Tuesday 8 p.m.-9:15 p.m.
