Tribe Yoga with Nina Tascon
Most of the classes are taught in circle, so that we all have the opportunity to interact and see each other. The circle makes our practice a shared experience, unifying us as a community or ‘tribe’. Classes generally follow a similar routine:

Partner Acrobatics (Acro Yoga Basics)
Yogic Massage & Relaxation
All levels welcome (this class is great for beginners because we have the opportunity to help each going deeper with the postures and finding balance).
