In Chinese philosophy, YIN & YANG describes how opposite or contrary forces are actually complementary, interconnecting and bringing harmony and balance. Yin Yoga
is a slow-paced style of yoga with poses held for longer periods of time. Vinyasa Yoga
is a series of poses that move smoothly, almost like a dance.
