This nourishing session is about boosting your own inherent emotional resilience, and an opportunity to dive deeper into your practice.
When we feel grounded and rested, there are no crises, there is no anxiety.
We approach life's ups and downs with greater equanimity and with joy.
Specially selected Pranayama (breath exercises) will sooth the nervous system and a strong, steadily-paced vinyasa flow practice, accompanies by lots hands-on-assists, will cleanse the body. We close with a yoga nidra (yogic sleep) to heal, refresh and re-set.
