The ultimate alternative Friday night! Join us in the joy of chanting and then relax in deeply restorative, supported yoga postures to invite our systems back into balance.

Most of us living in a big city spend most of our time in our sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight/ stress response) Through chanting, breathing and then becoming very still and quiet in the restorative postures we invite the system into parasympathetic (rest/ digest/ recalibrate mode) and balance.

Disclaimer: No previous experience required! No 'good signing voice' required! Come as you are, its open to all.
