Thai Yoga Massage is a unique and powerful ancient healing art combining acupressure and applied yoga stretches.
During this short workshop we will go through a dynamic sequence using hands, arms and feet to treat and release the back & the back of the legs. Many hours spent sitting down, wearing fashionably uncomfortable shoes, carrying heavy bags and even extreme physical activity have a huge effect on the back of the body. By working on these areas we ensure freedom of movement, better posture and a life free of aches & pains.
By the end of the session you will be able to give an easy, effective and wonderful treatment to your friends and family.

Danila developed an interest in bodywork in the late 90s when she started practicing Yoga and fell in love with Traditional Thai Massage. After studying in Thailand, she obtained an ITEC Diploma in Anatomy Physiology and Massage and to this day continues to evolve her practice by attending post graduate courses, workshops and getting as many massages as she can to keep her inspiration alive.
Her approach to massage is very holistic and fuses traditional bodywork techniques based on Energy Lines with Western skills and anatomical knowledge. Both systems are essential in achieving unity and optimal health for our bodies and minds; when functioning together, they create a better communication and a healthy range of mobility and structure throughout the body.
Danila is a member of the CThA and holds a Teaching Certificate from the International Thai Massage school (ITM) in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
