A workshop designed for practitioners who are at the beginning of their yogic path or for those experienced yet whom want to brush up foundations to cultivate refinement, longevity and safety within their practice.
Throughout the workshop we will work from the ground up using the lens of alignment principles to break down in detail the postures that reoccur in most public open level classes. Plenty of props and modifications will be offered tailoring asana to individual bodies.
The pace will be gentle and spacious to welcome attention to detail, questions and time for embodiment.
By the end of the workshop all participants will be able to move through given sequences with fluidity, grace and confidence. This will contribute to bringing lightness, agility and vitality to their overall practice. Handouts will be given to aid memory and introduce participants to the idea of self practice.
