According to yoga philosophy we are whole, complete and perfect.
But how often do we genuinely feel that way?
This workshop explores what yoga philosophy has to say about why this happens, what gets in our way, and what pillars of practice will help us to navigate our way through this complex and beautiful terrain to return back home.
After discussing the philosophy we will move into an invigorating and uplifting asana practice, and finish with a long deep relaxation.
