The aim of this workshop is to provide a good foundation for your practice.
Inversions and arm balances, are sometimes considered by students to be intimidating and out of reach.
We will learn to embrace the thought of being upside down and balancing on the top of our head in a headstand or finding balance in our forearms.
We will learn foundation exercises for yoga inversions, were we will wander throw crow pose, headstands, tripods and a little bit of forearm stands (pincha mayurasana).
Let’s put our hearts above our heads!
