In this workshop we will work on understanding the mechanics of the body in forearm balance and handstand, build strength in the core and flexibility/stability in the shoulders.
This will help create a good base of support in your practice and build your confidence to approach these more challenging postures.
Expect to work hard, have fun and fall a few times, but the floor will be there to catch us!
Open to all levels, except complete beginners.
