Each day will begin with class which will focus on preparing the body for the afternoon experiments.
Morning class will start with breath work, yoga and conditioning before moving onto technical crossings focusing on floor work, falling and moving upside down.
During the afternoons we will focus on creative tasks focusing on musicality, performance and improvisation within a safe space where we canary things, make mistakes and feel supported whilst challenging our brains and bodies.
