Ground yourself through earth (standing postures), flow through water (forward bending), sweat through fire (twists), fly through air (backbending), tune in to sound (shoulderstand), see your inner light (headstand), and penetrate space (meditation). Learn to access the qualities of these elements and develop your yoga practice by dissolving the apparent boundaries of our physical body.
The workshop includes asana, chanting, meditation and hands on adjusts to guide the practitioner deeper into the experience of finding the elements.
