This 2 hour workshop will help you understand what Yoga is, the basics of a practice and the ancient philosophy that underpins it. Yoga postures with then be explored and broken down in a relaxed and accessible way. You will learn standing poses, forward & back bending, twists and some basic inversions. Breath and alignment will be focused on to create a stable and safe practice; exploring how the practice can become a moving meditation.
