Jivamukti Yoga is a dynamic, vinyasa-style practice with its roots in Ashtanga yoga.

By emphasizing proper breathing, alignment, balance, and body-awareness, you will learn to deepen your yoga practice, nourishing mind, body, and spirit. Classes are challenging, yet open to students of all levels, and incorporate music, pranayama (breath), and meditation. Come prepared to work up a sweat and have some fun!
