Kat discovered yoga in 2012 when she began looking for a way to release stress and tension from her demanding corporate job. She trained with The Yoga People, Norman Blair and David Swenson.
She regularly practices with Marcus Veda who awarded her the name Polski Kat. Her intention is to help others discover the benefits of yoga as a tool to connect with themselves.

Kat teaches a Morning Vinyasa Flow that helps the physical body catch up with the AM clarity of the mind. After a gentle warmup we’ll move to more vigorous poses to make sure you break a sweat. The class is geared to make you feel good and confident with the fact that you started the day right!

Kat teaches with an emphasis on breath and the class is accompanied by upbeat music.
