Yang to Yin

This is a dynamic heat-building and strengthening flow class tailed by the deep stretching of yin practice. Yin yoga uses long-held relaxed floor postures to stretch and stimulate the deep, connective tissues of the body.
Looking to find the connection between breath and movement, Francesca's classes aim to build heat, strength and flexibility encouraging students to find conscious embodiment and to approach the challenges with a positive mind and open heart.
Modifications will be offered to make this class available to all levels even though a knowledge of basic yoga asana is recommended.
