As spring approaches we are shaking up some of our schedule and starting a community booster: get fit, aware and grounded in preparation for the summer....

We are very happy to announce that:

Ann Pidcock is going to teach our 6:30-7:30 class

Ann teaches Hatha Flow with a focus on moving from posture to posture with a sense of expansiveness and fluidity! Come! link


We are offering a fantastic spring opportunity to get fit (with grounding and awareness) preparing for the summer, this offer starts from the 17th of March

Community Booster Card is £50 for 10 classes in 5 weeks. Its VALID FOR OUR COMMUNITY BOOSTER CLASSES: and starts from the first day you do the card after the 17th of March
