This course is ideal for beginners or for those who would like to brush up on the fundamentals of Yoga and deepen their practice in doing so.
Each week, you will be introduced to the basics of Yoga postures (asanas), correct and safe alignment, breathing techniques (pranayama) and sequencing. Taking a different pose as the basis for each class, you will slowly build up your knowledge of yoga, learn how to prevent injury and modify postures to suit your own body.
During the classes, you will be encouraged to work within your own abilities and limitations. There will be plenty of opportunity for questions and individual attention.
At the end of the course you will feel confident to explore the different methods of yoga.

About Youla
Youla has been studying the art and science of yoga since 2003. She has trained in Hatha and Vinyasa Flow Yoga and has also explored other methods such as Iyengar and Ashtanga. Her classes offer a balanced experience, adapted carefully to individual needs, providing a safe environment to practice and learn.
