We are muy, muy emocionado (very, very excited!) to welcome Jose Vidal for this one day workshop: Chilean choreographer extraordinaire and co-founder of our very own performance night ‘Trip the Light Fantastic Toe’.

We will begin by connecting with our body and its organic, energetic and emotional dimensions, attending to consciousness through massage and focus on the breath. We will meet other bodies; synchronizing our pulses and opening a dialogue between bodies and their possibilities. Each new individual we encounter becomes a teacher who shows us a new dimension of ourselves.

We will develop, through breath and contact, a great network of connection between us; a presence that expands, vibrates and flexes in contact with space and with others; varying in size, shape, scale, texture, temperature and mobility. What appears is like an organism or even a society, comprising dynamic mechanisms of action and reaction.
