Curated by Paul Ranson, he says:

The vision and mission of these classes and the LMC concept is to offer a space, open to all, in which we can connect to what is in my opinion one of the most authentic human qualities and forms of expression...MOVEMENT.
We generally like to and tend to classify ourselves as being one thing or another and sometimes forget as humans we are amazingly plastic/adaptable and this is our strongest quality!
This classification is evident beyond movement but as an example, I’m a yogi, dancer, martial artist, runner etc. With this categorisation of ourselves we create boundaries and restrictions.
The London Movement Connection classes are there to play with being human from a movement perspective and hopefully beyond.
The surprise element of each class is a challenge for a lot of us as we tend to want to know what we are throwing ourselves into. However, on a level which is more innate to us as part of nature and its tendencies for chaos and the unknown, I’d propose that by allowing ourselves to be surprised we will be tapping into this human re-connection quality!
