SAT 6th July 2019  |  3 p.m.-5 p.m.

A deeply invigorating vinyasa flow workshop: Think of it as a fusion of Hatha Ashtanga Yoga and Jivamukti yoga.

This workshop will be a very dynamic flow weaving the threads of both physical and spiritual practice aiming to balance out all seven chakras and the integrity of the spine.
This high energy workshop will include music, hands-on assists to support individual practice and take you deeper into opening up the Anamaya kosha (physical body) through deep bending, folding and twisting: this will allow the flow of Prana entering the Pranamaya kosha (the psychological body).

As you sweat your way through dynamic paced vinyasa, your stamina will be challenging but you will leave feeling rejuvenated, energised and connected to your inner self.

As we co-ordinate movement with breath, you will stimulate your cardiovascular and respiratory systems as well as nourish your playful being through fun sequences and variations.

With a breakdown of key poses: arm balances, pincha and inversions, there will be a lot to cover: including sun salutations, standing sequences, power poses, introduction of challenges and fun variations of inversions.

We will cool down with standing leg balances, transitioning to seated poses, backbends and closing with a pranayama (breathing exercise) and meditation.

Aimed at those wanting to deepen their physical, mental and spiritual practice, advanced practitioners but equally suitable for everyone.
